Anthony Johnson, MBA

For the past 10 years, Anthony Johnson, has worked in the business of sports, marketing and entrepreneurship. His professional experiences provides insight at various levels of sports business. Experiences include: negotiating sponsorship's with major sport brands; handling the logistics of NCAA events and tournaments; and curating marketing strategies and/or social media campaigns for various sport entities. He is also a certified player agent by the National Basketball Players Association and a burgeoning business professional in the sports industry.

Mr. Johnson is a Renaissance man, also due to previous endeavors as an entrepreneur. He is the creator/owner of the flourishing accessories business, Magnepels, and founder/ president of the non-profit, Male Enterprise Network. His entrepreneurial success has attributed to much recognition within the business world. Most recently selected by Black Enterprise (BE), as one of their 2018 BE Modern "Top 100" Men of Distinction. He also states claim to several other recognition's including, “Top 35 Millennial Influencer”, awarded by the Next Big Thing (NBT) Movement, “Top 40 Under 40 Business Professional” by Black Business Review, and recipient of the “Ray of Hope” award presented by, Black Professional Men.

Anthony received an BA in Sports Management Principles, from the University of Maryland, College Park. (2010) He then went on to earn a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Morgan State University (2015). He also holds a certification in Social Media Management from Georgetown University (2018).
